Elite Martial Arts Coaching
The Academy offers classes across a broad range of disciplines including Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ), Submission Grappling (No-Gi), Wrestling and MMA (mixed martial arts).
Classes run 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday) lunchtimes and evenings to suit all schedules. Private one to one sessions are also available upon request.

Everything you need to know
Muay Thai
Muay Thai, Thailand’s traditional martial art and a respected combat sport, blends punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and throws into a practical fighting system. It’s a solid choice for building strength and technique.
Classes include skipping, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, drills, and padwork to develop your skills. Advanced students can progress to sparring and clinch training.
Our gym features experienced fighters who’ve competed in the UK and Thailand, with members regularly joining interclub events to test their progress.

jiu jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art focused on grappling and ground fighting, using pins, sweeps, reversals, transitions, counters, escapes, and submissions to outmaneuver opponents. It’s effective and skill-based.
Each session starts with a warm-up using BJJ fundamentals, followed by technique drills and live sparring to build confidence.
Our coaches and competitors have a strong track record in national and international tournaments, and members often participate in competition.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines striking and grappling into a versatile combat sport, drawing from various martial arts like punches, kicks, joint locks, and strangles. It’s a practical way to develop all-around fighting skills.
Classes cover striking, finishing holds, and control, with technique drills and sparring to improve both standing and ground game.
Our gym includes fighters who’ve succeeded in regional and national competitions, with opportunities for members to compete at interclub events.

Submission Grappling/No-Gi is a modern martial art focused on ground techniques, using joint locks, strangles, and sweeps to control opponents without a gi. It’s all about skill and strategy.
Sessions feature dynamic warm-ups, technique drills, positional sparring, and live rolling.
Our coaches and competitors have earned medals in regional and international tournaments, and members regularly compete.
